Being happy isn't as hard as it appears to be at times. If you ask me about it and with all the life experiences a Spiritualist must experience on earth I would say is almost a choice you must decide to make. Below we will cover a few tips that will increase your sense of happiness and make your life more fulfilling.

We are Tribal creatures by nature, social networks or and in person relationships are essential to happiness. We are not all the same, people are different, accept people for who or what they are, keep away from clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem inevitable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and if you can't keep a happy healthy friendship or relationship… rethink it as we are responsible for the energies we allow around us. Toxic relationships can break you even when it is a family member.

Being thankful is a great happy vibrational attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Taking time to thank those who provide even the smallest thing will help you realize how abundant your life is.

TV News is stressful, we have enough bad news already just try to get a little less of it.

Being part of a spiritual group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations encourages inner peace. The harmonious notes of people in a group that conduct rituals of adoration, and worshiping releases what we call a happy hormone and good vibes are healing and also contagious,energy is contagious. So get closer to people with happy vibes, and get away as much as possible from people with pessimistic attitudes, because bad energy, negativity and pessimism is also contagious and toxic.

Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste.

Laugh and laugh vigorously everyday. Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -'Laughter is the best medicine'. Don't take life too seriously, live a happy life, happy experiences and the joy of living is all you are taking with you, the day you leave your body and this life experience.

Communicate your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you.

Try not to keep pent up anger of frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone. But with intentions of growing in love and joy. Life is so short that sometimes who is right is not what's important, but how we can be progressive and achieve happiness together is more important.

Working hard brings great personal contentment. It gives a sense of being capable in finishing our tasks. Work on things that you feel are valuable of your time. Choose a job that feels like a hobby, link it to your passion and your dedicated expertise will bring you abundance, Don't choose a job just for the money, stress and lack of joy and balance brings you to disease, if your wealth is in your health, then you won't enjoy the money you work so hard for.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new each day. Learning also makes us increase our horizons. Belly Dancing classes for example are an amazing way to exercise, fencing, hiking etc. Run, jog, walk,swim, and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places and toxic people.

Say I love you more often… don't waste an opportunity to say I love you, you never know when is the last time you will be able to say it and the other person is able to hear it.

Last but surely not least love… love often… travel as much as possible, never quit trying to find your soulmate, who cares about if it will work out or not. Learn to live in mastery, all you have is today... the now. All you take to your death bed is your laughter, your tears, your joy and your silly dances and jokes, your dreams and lessons and the spiritual gifts you left in forms of life lessons to your children, loved ones and our planet. So take risks and live fully!
