We proudly offer a 20 day return  policy, just send the products back and we will refund 100% or product cost no questions ask. Shipping back is responsibility of buyer

PRIVATE ONLINE - VOICE SESSIONS  POLICY:

Private Sessions of any type are FULLY  REFUNDED ( ONLY PRIOR TO SESSION )

No refunds after sessions have ended

Refunds are fully available to customers even same day of appointment,

If customer  reschedules session the credit will be apply to the day of appointment

No refunds for sessions that ended

All sessions are paid in advanced not after sessions 

 

SPECIAL RETREATS OR TICKET  EVENTS  POLICY:

Private  customized retreats, Special Event  Experiences & Special ticket events  are refunded as a courtesy 10 days prior to event starts, due to the logistics of events  refunds are possible at any time within the 10 days prior to event or Private event date.

Private or Public Events Refund Conditions

If Resort of your choice was booked for your customized experience you will be receiving your refund minus the hotel cancelation fee. Hotel cancelation fee is publicly published at the resorts website.

If catering was purchased for your customized experience you will receive your refund minus the cancelation fee of the catering company. Final statement with such fee will be in your final refund statement and fee is publicly published in catering company website for your review.

If musicians were booked for your  customized experience you will receive your refund minus the cancelation fee or deposit given to the  booking agency or musicians booking policy. Final statement with such fee will be in your final refund statement and fee is publicly published in agency or musician's company website for your review.

If liquor  was purchased for your customized experience you will receive your refund minus the restocking fee if any for the supplier  company. Final statement with such fee will be in your final refund statement and fee is publicly published in companies'  website for your review.

If any items were ordered  upon your request for your own event the refund will be made minus the restocking fee, or any charges incurred by the company which such supplies were ordered from, final charge or  summary will be in your refund statement.

Due to the nature of our events and logistics customized based on ticket purchases we will not be able to refund any event tickets 72 hours prior to event .
